Hereby I support the team by setting up the overall structure of the team and keeping the operation organized. This includes making sure that everyone in the team has a role, knows what their responsibility is, workflow and communication. This way nothing gets lost and everything is made sure to be done. Next to this I handle season planning, staff planning, budget oversight, and making sure the team runs in a stable and predictable way.

I don't deal with driver searches and sponsorship, as these are roles better suited for other profiles. The one thing I make sure of is that the team is set up for whoever walks in the door.

Hereby, I support the team with the day-to-day operation, making sure that everything that is needed to run the operation is run smoothly.

In the workshop, I make sure that the necessary upgrades and maintenance are done according to service intervals and arranged by the mechanics, that equipment gets purchased to make the operation smoother and keep in contact with suppliers. I make sure that the mechanics and engineers ensure that the cars leave the workshop fully prepared and nothing still needs to be done at the circuit.

At the track, I make sure that everything is run smoothly according to a detailed timetable. That the mechanics and engineers have their priorities correct so none of them are waiting unnecessarily for each other and at last extinguishing fires before they arise. To keep it short, I make sure that the operation is run smooth and all the team can focus on their expertise.

Hereby, I handle the full logistical side of running a race team, from workshop to track and back.

For continental events, this means planning departure for the truck drivers, organizing and coordinating all transport to the track. Making sure that the carnet is arranged for UK events. Making sure every piece of equipment is where it needs to be, and found when it's needed. I also coordinate travel schedules, passes, parking, paddock access.

For fly-away events, I'm able to arrange all logistics of sending the freight via air or sea, and making sure it clears customs at the destination.

This service is for individuals who want to start their own racing team. From Formula, LMP, or GT's and want it built properly from day one. I handle the full setup of the team so you invest in the right equipment, build the right structure, and avoid the expensive “buy it twice” mistakes most new teams make due to their inexperience.

I take care of selecting the correct tools, garage equipment, pit gear, radios, workshop setup, transport solutions, and all major infrastructure. Everything is chosen with long-term growth in mind, so you won’t need to upgrade the moment the team expands or steps into a higher category. Many teams make the mistake to purchase the wrong equipment for their goal.

Alongside the equipment and infrastructure, I build the team structure itself: defining the roles, responsibilities, workflows, and systems that established teams use. This includes how the workshop operates, how race weekends are run, how communication flows, and how the whole operation stays organized as it grows with the goal of not needing me to run the show.
