FAQ
-
What kind of teams do you work with?
I work with teams of all sizes, from small, newly formed teams to established operations. Whether you run Formula cars, GTs, prototypes, or anything in between, I adapt to your structure, goals, and budget
-
Do you only work in Europe?
No. I’m based in Europe, but I support teams worldwide. I regularly handle logistics for both continental and fly-away events, so distance is never an issue.
-
Can you join the team full-time or only per project?
I offer both. Some teams bring me in for full-season support while others hire me for specific events, winter preparation, or operational restructuring. My involvement is flexible to what you need.
-
Do you find drivers or manage sponsorship?
No, I stay focused on operations and team management. Driver searches and sponsorship are better handled by agents and commercial specialists. My job is to make sure your team structure is ready for whoever walks through the door.
-
Can you help us set up an entirely new team?
Absolutely. I can build your operation from the ground up:
equipment, infrastructure, staff structure, processes, logistics. The goal is to start strong and avoid the expensive “buy it twice” mistakes. -
Do you also manage logistics?
Yes. I handle everything from truck planning and paddock setup to freight, customs and travel schedules. My job is to make sure that people and gear are where they should be on time, every time.
-
What categories do you have experience with?
I’ve worked in Formula categories (F2 and F4) and LMP3, supporting championship-contending programs. My engineering background helps me understand the technical side across most categories.
-
How quickly can you start?
Usually very quickly. Depending on your needs and schedule, I can join on short notice for events, pre-season prep, or urgent operational support.
-
How do we get started?
Just reach out via your preferred contact method. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and timeline—and from there, I’ll propose the most effective way to support your operation.
