About me

Who I Am

I'm Felipe Meijer, better known as Flip, a practical, hands-on motorsport freelancer. Since 2025, I’ve started freelancing, delivering tailored support to teams of all sizes. Before that, I spent three years at Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR), which is why many of the photos you see come from that period. There, I developed my skills working closely alongside an experienced chief mechanic and engineer, ensuring a smooth and high-level . I’m fluent in English, Dutch, Portuguese, and German, which helps me communicate effectively across international teams.

Experience

I hold an engineering degree, which gives me a solid foundation for understanding the technical side of motorsport operations. During my time at VAR, I contributed to strong championship campaigns in 2024 with drivers Hiyu Yamakoshi and Gustav Jonsson. Both achieved multiple podiums and race wins in the Euro 4 and Italian F4 Championships, with key performances at circuits like Imola. This success was a team effort, built on solid collaboration across operations, mechanics, and engineering.

In 2025 I started working for More Motorsport. This is a small Dutch team competing in LMP3. Here I manage the team, were we showed a solid performance. The goal for 2026 will be to have the team ready to compete for wins.

What I Bring

Whether you’re starting from scratch or optimizing your current team, I offer practical, adaptable support that fits your team size and budget. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all, every team is unique, so I tailor my approach to what works best for you. Beyond just managing tasks, I focus on clear communication and coordination to keep everyone aligned and efficient. I’m here to create an environment where your team can focus purely on performance. With me on your side, you get a reliable partner who anticipates challenges before they arise and solves problems on the fly, so you can keep your eyes on the podium.
